Orgyen Tobgyal Rinpoche returned at the beginning of 2010, and was pleased with our progress.  He offered further advice regarding the detailed design and, since we have planning permission agreed to consecrate the temple site with a traditional fire ceremony or “Jinsek”. On 1st September Rinpoche conducted a Jinsek on the Temple site.
